Resultator Ltd was formed by a group of people that have served in or led the Quality Departments in various banks and service companies for many years. We are all experienced Black Belts or Master Black Belts and applied Six Sigma, Lean and TQM extensively in the finance sector.

We are familiar with the challenges and the limitations that these methodologies face when they are applied in service operations. The aim of our company is to develop a service specific Lean Six Sigma methodology (often called, but rarely delivered as Office Lean), which will maximally fit our customers' expectations as being an efficient and faultless service environment supporting philosophy.
